  Description
Santiago de Cuba is the second biggest city of Cuba with more than 420.000 inhabitants. Considering that almost all the revolutionary movements began in Santiago, their proud neighbors still consider it "the cradle of the Revolution". The mixture of African, Spanish and French influences makes of Santiago the most Caribbean city in Cuba, something that can be seen in its music, art and literature. The school has not a building of its own, so the classes are imparted in the professor’s house, in the host family house or in a cultural center in Havana. The coordination office provides the students a way to have a permanent contact with the school and the other students.

Lodging
The students stay in the house of a Cuban family. Host families live in the Reparto Sueño district.

Academics
The classes are given to groups of not more than three students. There are between 4 and 6 classes per day, for all the levels, from beginners to advanced, that emphasize the conversation and grammar.

Activities
There are a lot of free time activities like dance courses (salsa, mambo, rumba, cha-cha-cha), music classes (percussion, guitar), parties, and excursions. There are also countless cinemas, theaters and concert halls that can be visited, or just enjoy the Caribbean sun in the beach. The parties and excursions are not included in the general price of the course.
