Description
Havana is a fantastic city in the heart of Cuba. Once
in it, people had the impression of living in the 50´s
due to the cars and houses with showy colors. In the evenings
and nights Cuban music sounds everywhere as the joy can’t
be contained in the streets. It’s a dreamed place
to learn Spanish. The school and the lodging are next
to the sea, in a fantastic 4 stars hotel called Copa Cabana.
The atmosphere is very pleasant and typically Cuban. Cuban
people love to go on weekends to visit the huge swimming
pools of Copacabana.

Academics
The professors are very enthusiastic people. Indeed by
the practice and the experience of the Cuban life, the
language can be learned very quickly. In addition, they
can show you the Cuban culture, not from a book, but from
their own experiences.
Activities
The complementary activities include diving courses and
salsa classes. Near the school there are perfect places
to dive; the sea that surrounds Cuba is precious and the
weather is very pleasant throughout the year, reaching
about 24 C degrees of average temperature. The school
work with the Cuba Diving School a SSI (Scuba Schools
International) certified school with many years of experience.
For the salsa classes, Havana is the ideal site. The school
has salsa courses of 1 or 2 weeks, and the student can
practice in the street, in bars or in the music house,
a place near the school where different bands play and
people dance salsa. It’s also possible to dance
in the famous Copacabana discotheque. The classes are
given by an experienced professor of the Havana dance
academy, a world-wide famous dance school.
